Acces on smartphone to MBL activation code? no acces to MBL via dashboard

I tried to acces my MBL via smartphone. I have to enter an activation code ( ?? )

On my laptop I tried to acces the MBL dashboard to retrieve an activationcode, but my computer got no acces to the MBL via dashboard. It wont, connect to mthe IP-adress

what do i have to do to get acces to the MBL dashboard and to retrieve an activation-code

You can go to Network and right click on the  drive and select “Invoke” or “view device web page”.

Also, try typing the devices name followed by /UI

Did you tried to access the dashboard using the name of the drive?

Regarding the activation code, check on page 97,98 and 99 of the user manual for detailed information about the mobile access and the activation codes.
