I feel we need an update from the last 2.02.32. It appears to be an issue with new audio codecs. Re muxing the audio part fixes the issue. 8 months is awhile since an update. There are only a few so far but when this happened last time a few years ago with mkvs it gradually got worse. This box is still the best out there imho but it’s getting a bit long in the tooth. Been awhile since WD released it. A new processor that could handle bluray IOSs like this one handles DVD ISOs would be great.

As far as I can remember, WD has never added support for new codecs with a firmware update.
For what “new” audio codec are you needing support?
I don’t know which one. Only know if I remix the mkv it works after that. Really only had a few so not overly bothered. I didn’t know that about updates. Thanks for the info
By “remix” do you mean remux? If that is true, it means the container itself was bad, and the actual codec used was irrelevant.
