A better backup of MacOS on My Cloud Home (using Time Machine or not)

Hi, I would like to send feedback to developers for improvements about backup on My Cloud Home (Duo).
It would be really important to add a native app or plug-in in My Cloud Home to backup MacOS without using Time Machine, since Time Machine uses all the available space; this means that the WD My Cloud Home disk will start to become full after some time.
An alternative (even better) would be to give the possibility to create a partition in the “MyCloud-XXXXXX” image where TimeMachineBackup is stored, so we can decide how much space Time Machine should use.
I hope the developers can solve the problem as soon as possible.
