Segate Expansion 8TB
Under 2TB, External drive is seen by my cloud. but 8TB is not.
Same NTFS format,
Segate Expansion is NTFS(GPT) format.
Couldn’t My cloud recognize GPT format? Only Could I use NTFS(mbr)?
Have a Seagate Backup Plus 5TB drive (GPT/NTFS) that is seen by the My Cloud. Don’t recall anyone indicating there is a limit in size of an external drive but perhaps there is for external USB drives over 6TB?
