I removed a 6TB red pro drive (WD6002FFWX-68TZ4N0) from my QNAP nas since it had failed. I RMA’d the drive and they sent it back saying that pins were missing and refused the warranty. Not sure what pins are missing. The only thing I can see is a small 2 pin connector which I have no idea what it is for. Does anyone know what this is and why mine may not have the pins in it?
