Greetings, roomies!
I have WDBBGB0060HBK, and Friday the following issue started. The reason this is a high priority, is this drive contains all my professional photos.

  1. The drive would not mount to my system.
  2. The drive is not visible in Disk Utilities
  3. In WD Discovery, the drive is there, but just the “edit password” option is available.

All the help I can get would be appreciated!
