6TB My Book works on 3 out of 4 computers

I have 4 Dell/Alienware laptops, all running current versions of Windows 10, all with current/updated drivers. I reset one of the laptops to Factory Setting to clear out an old profile, reinstalled Windows 10 and verified all drivers were current. The 6TB My Book is not working on this laptop now. When I connect the USB cable it recognizes an “unknown” drive was connected, briefly shows the My Book in Devices and Printers, then it disappears. The process repeats over and over. I can disconnect the drive and connect it to any of the other 3 computers and it works fine. I have tried all 4 USB ports on the “problem” computer - same results. Has anyone else experienced any issues with the latest Windows 10 build? (Windows 10 Version 1709, OS Build 16299.192) I can connect WD My Passport devices to this computer as well as a 3TB My Book device.
