My 6 Tb MyCloud drive shows 95% full but I don’t see enough data to fill 6Tb. Is there a utility to show me the largest files on the drive? Is there a way to clean the drive without losing all the files? What else can I do?
Have you activated the trashbox? Are you using a backup program that has stored too many generations somewhere?
If you have created folders on your My Cloud, you see the amoutn of capacity per folder from within the Web UI / Folders. Clieck each folder to see its amount of data.
