Hello there.

After FW automatic updating process, the drive has become inaccessible, with white solid LED, UI dashboard unreachable, and not appearing at the network.

- I have tried reset it by pressing the reset button, 4 and 40 sec. both methods has been tried, with no avail.

So please, is there any way to restore it or at least my files?

Or is there any way to connect to it by FTP, USB or in any way.

Unplug the device and plug it back in. Wait for up to 10mn until you see the white light flicker, then go back to steady before turning blue.

It sounds like your drive is performing a file system check (fsck).

The best thing to do is to plug in your drive and leave it on over night.  fsck usually finishes within 10 minutes, unless there is some repair needed.
