Hi,

I just got a 4TB My Passport WDBYFT0040BWT-WESN for my Xbox One but it will not power down when Xbox One is turned off, I have multiple Seagate Backup Plus Ultra Slim 2TB drives that all power down when the Xbox One is powered off (Instant On is disabled on the xbox). Can your QA have a look and review a possible firmware fix if possible. thank you.

What is the LED status on the drive when you notice this? Have you tried the same on a working computer?

On the xbox one the light remains in the slowly blinking state and the drive seems off (no vibration).
On my Gigabyte GB-BACE-3000 (BIOS F7) mini pc the drive with light are powered off when I power down.
On my Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 (BIOS F20) based pc the drive stays completely powered on when I turn the system off.
