4TB hard disk failed frequently having the same test error

i had replace 3 new 4TB hard disk for video storage( in 6 months) on the same NVR same drive with the same test error code,. The NVR is attached with online UPS and in air conditioned room 24/7.

Wonder is there a defect on particular batch of hard disk?

It’s really strange for 3 drives to give errors, did you get the same outcome with the replacements.

Same issue here, Got to RMA the first one couple of months back, the second one died last week and I just got a replacement for the second 4TB drive and I get to find out the replacement from the other unit has died as well. What’s going on??
