I bought a 4TB G-DRIVE USB-C and want to use on a Windows 10 PC. It is not recognised by the file explorer. It shows in the devices area and in right hand side of the desktop tray but not in “This PC” or in the menu when wanting to copy or move or download items to it so these operations cannot be performed. Your help will be very much appreciated.
UPDATE: Problem fixed by following the tutorial how to format the disk for Windows.
