4:2:2 Video Files Disappearing

Hello,

Just got my My Cloud Home Duo 16tb and the weirdest behaviour happened when I started to transfer files from my iMac, files started to disappear from the Cloud Home, crashing my finder.

After a lot of tests, it’s actually only video files in 4:2:2 sampling that cause are affected by this issue and when transfer in a fair amount (one by one is fine).

By the way, when transfer in the TimeMachineBackup (via network) it’s working fine.

So :

  • 4:2:2 Video file by batch via mounted drive (wd discovery on) : NOT WORKING
  • Everything else working.
