Hi I have a 4 TB sharespace that are suddenly ALL displaying amber lights. I find it hard to believe all 4 drives would go down at the same time? System status says DataVolume Usage Failed. All disks say Volume Unassigned.
What can I do to recover my files on the hard drives?

It sounds like the unit might have one of the drive defective and it’s not identifying wish one it is bad.
Are you able to test the drive one by one to see wish one went bad.
Try connecting the drive one by one on a desktop computer and test then with the DLG tool.
