3tb WD elements is not recognized by my pc

When I plug the drive in my 3.0 Port my pc doesnt recognize the drive.
When I plug the drive into my 2.0 Port my pc does recognize it and I can use it.

What do I have to do??

no it is not, it is for 2.0 and 3.0

The link you posted doesn’t show a 3 T drive it’s also for the Elements portable.

i am sorry, my fault, it is a 1 TB wd elements not a 3 TB.
