3tb my book essential movie corrupted

Hello,

Ihave brand new 3tb mybook, i transfered all my movie from pc to watch on tv. All was ok and this morning tv say cannot read files… I made a transfer of the same movie by hand aand those work… Any idea why the back up from wb soft corruptand not the other. Can it be too much sub files from back up wb?

Just noticed that it miss alot of movie even on my self moved file whats going on with those drives…? I willre format it and retry and if it still doing this ill return it i never seen that
