3rd party phone application

My wife and I have the Samsung Galaxy 9S. We have the WD 4TB My Cloud Home Duo Personal Cloud Storage - Dual Drive. She has the beta of version of My Cloud home on Her. I have the version from play store. Auto backup does not work. Can somebody tell me how to fix it or is there a 3rd party phone application I can put on my phone
