3gp 1080p support? 640 works!

I can play my 3gp 640 x 480 files (recorded by a mobile device) but with 3gp in 1920 x 1080 (also recorded by a mobile device) I only the audio-stream is played the video is invisible (total black screen). I am using the most recent firmware.

Is there a solution or do I have to wait until WD is extending its firmware?
