3.0TB drive Wont Format

not sure this is the place, but this drive is 2 years old

Model - WD30EZRX

Its uses the advance Format feature, which i cannot find on the website of WD

Is there another program i can use to realign the drive. i was having issue formatting it. Now I only see 800GB

Can someone point me in the right direction here.

How is the drive showing under disk management?

Well its coming up as 800 gb now. I need to run WD alignment on this drive since its thinking its a 800gb drive it did came up as a 3TB drive once, before trying to low level formatting (was having issue with the drive) now its comes up as 800gb

I dont have WD align as it not on WD website no longer Somene should have it somewhere!
