Is it possible to connect 2 Mycloud EX2 Ultra (one with 8TB and the other with 16TB) to the same network?
If not, how can you transfer from the 8 tb to the 16 tb?

Yes you can. However, since both will have the same native device name as My Cloud EX2 Ultra, you may want to change one of the device name to something else for easy identification in the future.
