2x 4TB my book see only 1

Hello,

i bought a second 4TB my book yesterday when i in stalled it my PC did the ping thing but if i look in explorer i can only see 1 my book.

if i look in WD smartware i can see them both but in one of them there is a red cross.

if i disconnect one i see the other one but i want to see them both.

what can i do.

my OS is Windows 8.1

by the way i tired the troubleshooting section first but i can put every USB device i have on my PC and it shows up exept my second my book
