I’m going to buy wdtv live, but can’t find in the specification does it supports video output 23,967 fps? Or there is only 24fps?

thank you for the link, but there is no answer to my question. I understand that WDTV Live will play 23,976 fps files, but as I also understand it will be output to TV in 24fps, am I right? Or the player has option to output true 23,976 fps? If not, and output is 24fps, what is the way of transferring 23,976 to 24 fps?
