2014 WD TV constant reboot

Hi Guys,
at my witts end with this thing. have had the constant reboot. have disconnected from internet and just have the network so I can see my share but will get a constant reboot. then system will boot after about 4 reboots. will begin to watch anything no matter what the format is, some will get through an entire show while others will reboot. can’t use any remote functions during watching or it will cause a reboot.

hard wired.
brand new Linksys router.
windows 7 enterprise

Have you tried using a different power supply? If not, please try a new set of cables.

Aww, man. Didn’t even think to change the stupid power cord. Thanks bro, got it going again.
