2 TB My Passport wireless PRO, capacity and file size SHOWED not correct

I have 2 TB My Passport wireless PRO. In Dashboard and in My Cloud app, the capacity showed is 2TB BUT free space of showed storage is 3.98. HOW IS IT POSSIBILE?
Moreover, total size of stored photos is double. I have 11 file .jpg, 0,5 Mb each but totale size showed is 11 Mb instead about 6 MB .

WD Disk is exFat formatted by factory. I would like to keep exFat and not formatting disk to NTFS.
Someone has the same problem? Would you suggest to format again always in exFat?

Mine did that too. Simple fix. Login to Dashboard via web browser. Go to Admin tab and down the bottom is Restore Factory Settings. Select System Only. No data will be lost.
The disk will reboot and recalculate size/usage. Should be fine after that.
Also a new firmware is available. Make sure charge is above 50% before updating.
