I tried updating my firmware a few days ago using the update tool on WD Discovery.After the firmware update,my PC won’t see the drive anymore.The two sets of bottom LED come on but not the top one i.e the bottom four come on but not the top two.The drive seems to be spinning but slowly.
What can I do?There is very little support for these anywhere.I bought this from amazon about 2 months ago and so will struggle to get warranty.
Did you reboot your pc, and you might want to reboot the network drive also. Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
