1TB Caviar Green replaced 3 months back. Bad sectors in the replaced drive

Hi WD fans and creators.

I got the WD 1TB caviar green internal HDD replaced by WD 3 months back in JAN. And now again, the replaced drive has bad sectors in it. There are so many bad sectors that the diagnostic utility refuses to proceed. What kind of product have these people made ??

Am I again suppose to raise an RMA and go through the entire process of follow up and back to back calls to their officials.

It seems opting to by a WD product was a mistake. For your reference I have attached the screen shots of the bad sectors found by the diagnostic utility.

Still no word from the WD staff regarding the RMA.
