I have a Western Digital My Passport, 1 TB (I believe)…purchased in 2018. It’s only showing one backup when I look at the folder. However, I try to backup and it says not enough disk space. can I safely delete that backup and start a new backup? I don’t know how to tell if when my system backups up, it saves over the old backup or not. I assume that’s what it’s doing since I only have one backup.

We would recommend you connect the drive to the PC and delete the backup files manually.
