My external Passport 1 TB harddrive will unlock with my password, but then the drive will mount and unmount indicating a circuit issue with the printed circuit interface. Unable to back up data to different storage source. Sure would hate to lose my pictures. Help please!
Hi, be sure to connect the Passport directly to one of the USB ports on the computer, using the USB cable that came bundled with the Passport.
