hey i dropped my wd passport today… wasnt taht high but maybe from waist to ground? ,… wel plugged it in hoping it would work but luck didnt go my way and now im stuck with this brainless thing. when i plug it in it recgonises it but doesnt show up via my computer or anything else "note when i click safely remove hard drive and eject media at teh bottom of the hard drivce it says eject "wd …blah blah’ and “eject f:”
what do guys
Try to get a replacement if I were you. If the casing is damaged, you’re out of luck. Data recovery is expensive and you can find them in WD support site.
