0% load, but my EX4 is extremely slow

I ssh:ed in to my EX4 (took like 1 minute just to login), and checked “top”. This is my resutls:

CPU: 0.1% usr 1.3% sys 0.0% nic 98.4% idle 0.0% io 0.0% irq 0.0% sirq

…But the NAS is sloooooooow. I can’t even get onto the web panel, I only get to “Waiting for 192.168.0.6…”.

Any idea why my NAS is so extremly slow? Any tools I can use to see what is wrong?

(I have the latest firmware.)

Hello,

Check any firewalls that might be slowing down the My Cloud. Also try a Powercycle and/or a reset.
