I having the same problem and keep trying things to solved it.
Finally this worked for me.
Go to system preferences - java
In the security tab I added the following link to the exception site list.
http://mybooklive.deviceXXXXXX.wd2go.com/Admin/webapp/htdocs/
Instead of https:// I have tried http:// without the s.
Change XXXXXX for your device id.
Then I got another pop-up and then I clicked run.
And it works now.
