x264 audio not playing, however picture is fine when watching MKV

Hi,

I have tried seraching and cannot see an answer. In the last few days, files that i have watched previously with x264 audio have suddently stopped playing audio, yet picture is fine. I have not changed any setting or updated any firmware.

They play fine on my PC running Win 7.

It is the same when watching via my network and streaming and also if i attach a My Passport to the USB.

Any suggestions, please?

If you are sure that the the exact same audio has played correctly previously, you can try pressing the reset button on the WD box. You will have to re-enter your information, but resetting sometimes fixes these types of problems.

x264 is a video codec.
