WD Smartware does not see my email store folder

I have moved the Windows Live Mail message store folder from its default location to my data drive. When attempting to use WD Smartwart to back up this drive, the Windows Live Mail Message Store folder does not appear as one of the selectable boxes in fle view so I am unable to back it up.

Is this a bug or something that I am doing wrong?

Hi there, 

Have you tried switching to file backup to see if that way you can select this folder and be able to back it up ? On the backup tab you will see the button that says switch to file backup and select the folder manually.

I have been using file backup. In category mode, email shows up as a category but not all the files in the folder are recognized. In file mode, the email store folder does not appear at all.

This issue is present on two computers where I have installed the Smartware software.
