WD my cloud desktop mac blank window

I am having a issue with the desktop app for mac… The app looks like this. Please see attached photo.

Can someone please help me… I have uninstalled the app and installed it again with no solution coming up. I have been conected wi my wifi doing the installation. 

Considering you have already re-installed the application, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
