Unable to see MyBookLive 2T in WD Smartware

I can access the Drive via computer and network devices, ie. iPad, Windows Phone…etc…

The WD Smartware can see My Passport Essential, Samsung USB Drive and also my Cloud Dropbox but it does not want to see My Book Live. My Book Live is connected, my PC sees it as a Network Drive, the Dashboard is accessed via the IP Address…Everythng seems to be working except WD Smartware ver 2.0.1. Somebody tell me what I’m doing wrong???

Check your internet security and firewall to make sure is not blocking the connection from the drive  to Smartware.

Thanks for your reply, the next morning I booted my PC as usual and checked and MyBookLive 2T is now being seen in WD Smartware. I really don’t know what I did or what I didn’t do to get this to work however it is working. Thanks for your Reply…
