hello, I have a problem when trying to access my android mobile MBL through WD2GO application now WDMYCLOUD. When I’m on the same network I access no problem, but in no way different network, I get the message “Unable to access the device. (0)”, this after having entered the code generated in the remote access menu MBL. I’ve tried several times and with different versions of the application but always the same message. What should I do? thanks My firmware version is 02.42.02-012
Remove the drive from the app and re-add, does this help?
