my boxes prompted me to update today. They were both up to date. Downloaded file fine but now stuck on updating, I have tried everything soft/hard reset but always goes back to same screen, trying to update. Finally get a messege that says can’t establish internet connection try usb to finish installing. I have downloaded the latest version via usb but still no go. None of my services will work ie: netflix 
system just resets everytime I try to go to netflix. Thanks for any advise
What model do you have. If its a newer live streaming gen3 when you should check out this thread.
