RMA unavailable for drives still in warranty

I have multiple defective RE4-GP drives I want to RMA. They are registered and still under warranty. However the registered products page doesn’t offer the RMA option for two of those drives (only “Create a new support case”) nor can I select these drives in the create RMA page. Why is this and how shall I proceed?

I tried creating a support case, but when I try to submit it, it throws a server error. I’d also try email or phone support, however trying to open http://support.wdc.com/contact/index.asp?wdc_lang=en the page times out.

Managed to talk to support via phone. These were EOL drives, so I got to pick replacement products.
