Retrieve Volume Select Page Advances Automatically on WD Smartware

When attempting to select one of several volumes to retieve from on WD Smartware by selecting the Retrieve tab, the Retrieve Volume Select page appears for about one second then advances without operator input to the page to select where to copy retrieved files to.  There is no time to make a selection of the Retreve source volume.  Any ideas on a solution?

Tried reloading software but no change.  I am using the current version 1.6.4 of WD Smartware for My BookLive.

You can try reinstalling smartware or also exploring the backup folder (smartware.swstor) in the external hard drive
