I am unable to get registered for RMA, I have tried with IE, Fire fox and chrome, but could not got registered, if any one have any clue.

I’m having the same problem everytime I try and register it says its processing and then nothing happens, I’ve also tried calling the support line but the language is Thai which unfortunately for me I don’t speak very well.
Please anyone from WD help resolve this issue.
