Prepaid shipping label?

Hello,

I just received an “Advance Replacement” HDD.  Was that also supposed to include a prepaid shipping label?

If not, how can I go about purchasing one from the WD support portal?

I just posted about this today, they used to offer a UPS return label at cost (used to cost me $6.40). Since they re-designed the web portal I can no longer find that option (it now costs me $12 to buy my own label from UPS).

Please post again if you find a way to get a label from WD, I hope they put the feature back in for us.
