hi guys my name is kevin and i can’t seem to open my book live due to the fact that i lost my password, and im installing the software all over again on a new laptop after 4months. and i cant seem to pass the passward part on the mbi setup installations. thanks in advance.
Which password is the one you are referring to? When is this password prompted? The WD My Book Live doesn’t require or use passwords for installation.
