I just purchased a new WD Live drive, its my first network drive. It ran Let’s Check A Few Things. This should only take a few seconds. We’re just making sure you’ll be able to: Configure the device (settings, etc.) Copy files to or from the device, Browse the device’s shared folders, Map a shared folder. The Configure the device (settings, etc.) & Map a shared folder shows a green checkmark. On the bottom it says These issues can usally be fixed with a quick call to WD Support.
Can anyone assist me on this issue to fix the problems before I return & exchange the drive?
