My Book Live stuck on blue light

Hi,

I’ve a problem, my My Book Live 1 TB will not connect to the network, the light stays blue and the LED near the Ethernet port blink and then the disk is not found on the network.

I tried all the guides I’ve found, but nothing has changed, I also tried to change HD, but nothing, only the blue light.

Any idea?

Have you looked in manual to see what the colors mean?

Also provide the status of the back LEDs.
