Hello everyone. Just picked up My Book Live 3 TB NAS and when it works it’s great. I just got it the other day, set everything up and transferred everything that I needed. Everything streamed fine but last night it wasn’t showing up on my Samsung TV or my Samsung phone.
I opened the dashboard and rebooted it any everything was fine. I even turned off the power saver feature so that it wouldn’t sleep. Today I had the same problem. I had to reboot again for my devices to recognize the drive.
Is this a known problem or do I have a defective unit? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, when I try to create a Safepoint I get an error saying that no devices could be discovered. This is a bit frustrating for a brand new product,.
