hello I have bought MY BOOK absolutely 4TB
I HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS UNOPENED !
WHY THIS IS I`M WAITING FOR a
usb 3.0 pci card as mine are all 2.0
but the advice I need is this I have gone onto a web chat forum and someone has said
my book 4tb will not work with a usb 3.0 pci-e card
they say it cannot transfer the data ?
is this true have you heard of any faults before I open the box
PS I have a Lenovo h330 desktop pc win7 around 3 years old

Not that we are aware of.
If the PCI card is good, you should be able to use that without any issues.

One thing with the PCI card is to check for updates on the manuacturer’s site. Sometimes they have newer drivers than Windows Update.
