On powering up my networked 3T MBL the indicator LED turns from blue to white, and stays there. And when I call up the dashboard in my browser, I also get a “reinitialising” message.
However, the drive shows up in the Finder of my MacBook, and I can read and write to the MBL.
Previously the dashboard has indicated a successful firmware update.
This condition has persisted through pressing the reset button on the drive, and powering off and on at the mains.
Neither the My Book Live Setup program, nor WD SmartWare are able to see the drive. WD SmartWare CAN see a 1TB My Passport USB drive.
Any ideas?
