Help: cannot display subtitles vietnamese

Hi,

I use a Western Digital WD TV Live Plus built in WI-FI Streaming HD Media Player 1080P device, use firmware 1.15.10 but cannot display subtitles vietnamese when play video MKV, I play this it on my computer then ok

everyone know repair it pls help me
