Have you tried resetting the unit back to factory defaults?
It’s certainly still available and working. I’m thinking if a full reboot / unplug-replug does not do it, then you are going to have to go with Help4All’s thought about doing a factory reset.
Can’t see how it would make any differences, but are you running a theme? If so, try moving it back to Mochi and see what happens
