Error when remoting in?

having setup a mybook live duo in 6tb all worked well on the home network however from work I ran into problems.

using two identical computers both ie 8 win 7 32.

going to wd2go, one will log in and access everything.

The other will log in however once it gets to the main screen where you select which folder either public or private

the java window will come up with an error, the details when clicked on are -   com.wd.nas4g.mapdrive.MapDrive.class

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello, try installing the latest Java version.

Thanks, I have tried that. even removed the older version first,but that didnt work.

Have you checked if the same issue happens with other browsers?
